1. What is REVERIE?

REVERIE is a craft-based studio that creates metal objects and accessories. We bring forms born from imagination into reality through human hands, presenting our work in seasonal collections.

2. Are all pieces handcrafted?

REVERIE pieces are made through a handcraft-based process. Design, fabrication, surface preparation, finishing, and inspection are carried out according to the designer’s standards.

Subtle variations may occur from one piece to another. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted work.

3. How are seasonal releases organised?

REVERIE pieces are released in seasonal collections. Each season is shaped by a distinct sculptural direction and atmosphere, featuring new pieces or works produced in limited quantities.

4. Will all pieces be restocked?

Not all pieces will be restocked. Some may be reproduced, while others may be discontinued after the season or at the designer’s discretion.

Sold-out or discontinued pieces may be moved to the Archive.

5. Are made-to-order pieces available?

Selected pieces are available to order. As each piece is handcrafted, production time is required.

Requests that significantly alter the structure or finish of an existing design may require a separate consultation.

6. How should I choose my ring size?

REVERIE rings are made according to Korean ring sizes. For the most accurate fit, we recommend having your size measured at a local jewellery store or using a ring-sizing gauge before placing your order.

Wide bands and highly sculptural rings may fit differently from standard rings.

7. What materials are used?

REVERIE works primarily with metals such as 925 sterling silver, copper, and brass. The specific materials used in each piece are listed on its product page.

8. Are small marks on the surface considered defects?

Handcrafted pieces may display subtle surface textures, finishing marks, or variations in lustre resulting from the making process. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and distinguish it from mass-produced goods.

Structural faults or clear damage, however, will be assessed as potential defects.

9. Are exchanges and returns available?

Ready-to-ship pieces may be eligible for exchange or return within the specified period, provided they remain unworn and in their original condition.

Exchanges and returns due to a change of mind may be restricted for made-to-order, custom-sized, or customised pieces. Please refer to our Policy page for the full terms and conditions.
